Why, why astronomy?

First - Soviet children dreamed of becoming astronauts and your humble servant is no exception, but the 90s and problems in the parental home brought the author to the bottom, from which he was able to push off only years later. Astronomy allows a person to raise his head, literally raise it, to look at the sky. To break away from the routine and think about the eternal, both in terms of science and in everyday life. Astronomy is great!

Second - astronomers are usually educated, calm, not prone to destruction people. They, like everyone else, can drink, but they will not get drunk, they need to be in shape by night.

Third - the advantage of astronomers is that the smarter the person, the more money he has (not always, but as a rule).

In my work as a travel agent, I met many different people, thousands of clients over 20 years. Most are wonderful, but there were cases that are simply indecent to talk about. There were: binges, fights, theft and even arson of a hotel!

You must agree that it is better when smart, wealthy citizens check into your hotel, and even better - like-minded people with whom you have something to talk about, than those who guarantee repairs.

You need to form repeat sales and a client base long before the hotel opens and for centuries.

So the book "Hotel M100" was written to open a hotel?

No.
Those who read the book to the end, I am sure, will understand the author.

They will understand and say:
- The book is about something completely different: about space, about friendship, about love, about meanness and decency and about many other things, but definitely not in order to open a hotel.

Fortunately, it is impossible to write a book about something that is not typical for the author. There will not be enough strength, patience, chance will not coincide, it will not work. You cannot force someone to write science fiction just to earn money. Novels, poems, paintings are not written for money, they do not go on hikes for money. Everything has already been done: the paths have been trodden, the paintings have been painted and adorn the Hermitage, the luminaries of literature have created monuments and filled the shelves of libraries. They go on hikes, write, draw only because they cannot help but express themselves - not to go their route. Writers, poets, artists, travelers - these are the conductors of life, they cannot help but do what they love, just as a copper wire cannot help but conduct electricity.

The author thought of the hotel later. As if there was an obstacle for a while, then fog, just a haze... The veil fell and the future hotel first appeared in a science fiction novel, later a business plan, a section on the website and this text.

It just so happened that your humble servant works in tourism and wrote science fiction.
Although in order to open a hotel, it would have been more prudent to write a book about how to open a hotel.
Think about it, I'm right)
